Wavoo App User Agreement

Welcome to Wavoo! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Wavoo app ("App"), operated by Wavoo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as any future updates or modifications. We may modify this Agreement from time to time, and any such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at Wavoophoto@outlook.com.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are prohibited from using the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App’s functionality, or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.

• Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in activities such as:
• Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works of the App’s content without permission.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
• Using the App to transmit harmful or malicious content, including viruses or malware.
• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is conditional on your compliance with the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your license to use the App at any time if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including its design, content, and functionality, are owned by Wavoo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or otherwise infringe upon these rights. The App and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Wavoo. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services provided by these third parties. You access such third-party sites at your own risk.

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement, or if we believe that your use of the App may harm us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without any warranties or representations, express or implied. Wavoo does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You agree to use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wavoo, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use the App after any changes, you accept those changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
